Return Policy for Raw Dog Barkery Freeze-Dried Products

Thank you for choosing Raw Dog Barkery. We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. In the event that you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns:

Only Raw Dog Barkery freeze-dried products that have not been opened are eligible for return.
Returns must be initiated within ten days of the original order date.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Process:

Online Return Form: Before sending back any items, complete our online return/refund authorization form available on our website. You will need to provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return. Click Here
Return Authorization: After submitting the form, our customer service team will review your request. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed. Returns cannot be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number.
Shipping Returns: Package the item securely in the original packaging if available. Include a copy of the return authorization email in the package. Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is safely returned.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of the returned item for your refund to be processed.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is received in a condition that does not meet our return eligibility criteria.
